 Whitmore’s Open Chain Lubricant

Whitmore’s Open Chain Lubricant is specifically formulated to meet the exacting lubrication requirements of chain drives. Its penetrating action draws the lubricant to the pins and bushings of a chain where lubrication is most needed. It quickly displaces moisture and contaminants, while preventing rust and corrosion.

Whitmore’s Open Chain Lubricant is also available in an aerosol spray container. The solvent propellant has been removed, making Open Chain Lubricant environmentally safer and TCLPSAFE.

Applications of Whitmore’s Open Chain Lubricant

Open Chain Lubricant is ideal for chain drives of all sizes. It may also be used on wire ropes up to 2” in diameter. (For larger ropes use Whitmore’s Wire Rope Lubricant). Open Chain Lubricant is packaged in a variety of containers as well as convenient aerosol spray to suit any application.

Whitmore’s Open Chain Lubricant may be applied either by dipping, spraying or dripping.
