3M Novec 7500 Engineered Fluid is designed for heat transfer applications for use in cooling of ion implanters, CVD machines or other electronic applications. Also is a non-flammable fluid with a very low global warming potential (GWP.) This product’s excellent inert and dielectric properties make it a viable replacement for higher GWP fluids such as PFCs and PFPEs in a wide variety of applications like micro-emulsion formulations and slow-evaporation coating diluent.
