Decathlon CCL Conveyor Chain Lubricant

Decathlon CCL oils are fully synthetic chain lubricants for E-Coat paint lines and water-based paint systems. These adherent lubricants were developed for chain lubrication of overhead and floor conveyors where lubricants might get into the paint bath. Wear is avoided by the presence of special antiwear additives.

Decathlon CCL lubricants completely dissolve in water and in water soluble paints. In contrast to conventional products, lubricant residues do not affect the paint bath. There is no formation of fish eyes, craters, pinholes, stains, or rough surfaces.

Decathlon CCL will substantially reduce lubricant consumption, lowering cost per operating hour and reducing service intervals for maintenance downtime.

Application of Decathlon CCL Conveyor Chain Lubricant

Decathlon CCL is ideal for chain drives of all sizes. Decathlon CCL may either be sprayed, injected, or dripped onto the chain.
